We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus situation (COVID-19) with our ground agents, Travel Advisory and liaising with airlines for all developments. We are currently in the process of cancelling all March departures for China and advising our customers on their options, including booking alternative holidays or postponing their trip for a later date. For anyone travelling after March we are reviewing the situation on an ongoing basis, airlines still updating the schedules and policies. We will continue to follow the advice of the Travel Advisory and we will work with our ground agents and the airlines so that we can amend travel plans accordingly. Customers with departure dates beyond April will be contacted at a later date as more information becomes available.
