We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus situation (COVID-19) with our ground agents, Travel Advisory and liaising with airlines for all developments. We are currently in the process of cancelling all March departures for China and advising our customers on their options, including booking alternative holidays or postponing their trip for a later date. For anyone travelling after March we are reviewing the situation on an ongoing basis, airlines still updating the schedules and policies. We will continue to follow the advice of the Travel Advisory and we will work with our ground agents and the airlines so that we can amend travel plans accordingly. If you continue to have problems, contact your bank and check the amount of your credit limit . It is also possible that your card could be blocked. .
After completing the purchase, you will receive your travel documents (details of transportation, hotels, itinerary, important notes, insurance policy) by email to the address specified in your personal account. You can also access it, in your personal area of our website..

In the event that your booking has flights, you will receive electronic tickets once they are issued by the airline, approximately 15 days before departure .

You are only required to print these documents once
By entering your email and password you can access your personal account, which is a private space and totally safe, where you will find the following sections:

Personal Information: access and modify your personal data.

Bookings: details of purchases made.

Sponsored persons: people you have invited to register on the website of Exoticca. 

Discount vouchers: discount vouchers that you have accumulated in your account.
When the people you have invited make their first purchase, we will send you an email to inform you of the activation of a discount voucher of $10 in your account. Your discount vouchers are cumulative and are valid for one year. You can use them when you want to make a purchase on our website.
If you want to request a change to your booking, the lead passenger must contact us by email at customersuccess@exoticca.com, stating your booking number and your requests in writing. We'll tell you if the change or cancellation is possible after consultation with the supplier, as well as the necessary steps to confirm the change.

We can not guarantee that all bookings may be modified, however, we will make every effort to provide our customers with their requests. Please note, booking changes that are made by the customer may incur an additional cost.

The modification of a booking that includes an airline ticket usually involves a cost of 100% of the ticket price. However, we recommend that you check with us first in all cases.
If you want to request a cancellation to your booking the lead passenger must contact us by email at customersuccess@exoticca.com, stating your booking number and your cancellation request in writing. We will let you know if the cancellation is possible, the cost involved as well as steps to confirm the cancellation.

We cannot guarantee that it will be possible to cancel any booking without any cost because we offer reduced rates which do not always include free cancellation. However, we make every effort to help with customer requests. Additional cancellation fees may also apply. Please refer to our General Conditions page and Section 7 for more details on our cancellation policy.

The cancellation of a booking that includes an airline ticket usually involves an expenditure of 100% of the ticket price. However, there are often exceptions so please do not hesitate to contact us.
